Subject: Renovation works of Environmental education center in Kyustendil Municipality under CB007.2.32.192 project

Location: Municipality of Kyustendil, Republic of Bulgaria

Based on the Duration and Action Plan of the Project Application Form which is a part of the Subsidy Contract No. РД 02-29-80/16.05.2019 for implementation of project Green cross border settlements – a better learning experience CB007.2.32.192 under Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Bulgaria-Serbia 2014-2020 Programme, Call for Proposals No. 2014TC16I5CB007 – 2018 – 22014 – 2020 and the period for implementation of the types of construction works – a subject of the present Contract Notice, in favourable climate conditions (spring and summer time),

The Work Contract Notice is corrected and modified as follow:

Point No 15.  Period of implementation of tasks

Instead of: The time for completion of works shall be 9 /nine/ months from the date of signing the contract

Read: The time for completion of works shall be 5 /five/ months from the date of signing the contract.

The Special Conditions are corrected and modified as follow:

Article 34       Period of implementation of tasks

Instead of: The period of implementation of tasks should be ………… months (fill in according to the offer of the tenderer but no longer than 9 months)

Read: The period of implementation of tasks should be ………… months (fill in according to the offer of the tenderer but no longer than 5 months)

All other terms and conditions of the contract notice remain unchanged. The above alterations and/or corrections to the contract notice are integral part of the contract notice.
